Communicating through a mind-map
For this assignment we were to create a mind-map which basically shows the multiple idea we had while brainstorming. In my mind-map my idea for the Doodle4Google was based around the idea of technology and what it may be like in the near future. In the mind-map you can a few sketches or designs of what I see could be in the future and or what can be seen now in today's world as cutting edge or best of this generation in my opinion. |
Answering each of the 4 questions
While creating the mind-map we were given four questions to answer such as Question 1 asking:What do you think it will be like in our future? My reply towards this follows how seen in the designs and images in the map, that the future will get better on throughout time with new inventions, ideas, and fuels sources for this world. Question 2 asks how we will communicate with others such as family and friends? My answer for this follows the image of the Bluetooth eyepiece and also via devices such as the IPad we may see in the future. Question 3 asks:How will we commute to work and school? The answer for this follows how we use new hybrids of vehicles such as hovering cars or boards with one wheel to glide over anything. For the last question it asks will there be peace and equality in the near future. To answer this I would say no, and I,m not saying this as a bad thing but as a good thing because with new conflict means a new future and new life styles for all.
What inspired me for this unit
Again as my theme for this unit revolved around technology, the thing that inspired me was how over multiple decades we keep moving forward into not the future but what we can dream of. The reason this inspired me for the designs in the mind-map was because of the multiple solutions and ideas that can come from a single screw, thought, action, and etc. Literally just an AI computer made by a 10 year old can cause a conversation focusing on the human life and soul. A 3-d printer can not only create attachables limbs for the disabled, but also whatever we want it to create. Just a simple windmill can power over 20 houses and a hoverboard. With technology it doesn't matter what size or shape it is, it can change the world in major ways no one ever thought of before.
